Description: Baita Friuli is rich Italian cheese made from cow's milk. It is spicy, fruity and solid cheese. The main area where it’s produced is in the northeastern Italy of Giulia. After it’s ripened for five months, it becomes firm in texture and tasty. It tastes great when sprinkle on salads or with pears and grapes. It is also used as table cheese. By melting this cheese it can be served with pasta, casserole and meat dishes.
