Named for the bluff overlooking Grafton Village, the Bear Hill is aged for 5 months to produce a mild, milky, nutty flavor with a hint of fruity sweetness. This original American cheese pairs beautifully with many different beers and wines such as Alsace Riesling, a Pinot Blanc, or a Gruner Veltliner.
