Description: Bufalino is a creamy and strong cheese made by a Casa Madaio dairy farm in Cilento, Campania, Italy. It is produced by combining two kinds of cheese namely caciobufala and ricotta. Ricotta, salt and finely chopped Caciobufala are mixed together to form a creamy, consistent, white colored paste. This soft, white, creamy cheese is sold in markets as a paste packed in a linen bag.
