Description: Gloucester Goat is a raw milk blend of cow and goat cheese, aged in cellars in the Valcasotto Valley of Piemonte. It is named for the husband of Princess Mary who was the namesake of 'Fifth Town', or the 'Marysburg', loyalist settlement. The cheese has a soft and pliable texture with a milky buttery flavor. It pairs well with medium bodied wines and chestnut honey.
