Description: Gourmandise is a French processed cheese made from cow's milk. It is a unique blend of Cheddar and cream with subtle hint of added flavors of nuts, fruits and liquor. There are two flavors in Gourmandise; one is flavored with walnuts and pairs excellent with pears, other winter fruits and blue cheeses. The other is infused with kirsch - clear, colorless cherry brandy. Gourmandise is commonly served as a dessert cheese and tastes best with dessert wines like Sherry or Port or well chilled champagne.
